New Zealand weeps over the tragic drowning of students and a teacher in the Mangatepopo River on 15 April. Six students and one teacher have died after being swept away on the Mangatepopo River near Turangi. It is reported that a flash flood swept down the river.
The students were from Elim Christian College in Howick, Auckland.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family & friends of these seven courageous people. May their souls rest in Heaven's Peace.
